Lindsay Midura Yoga - 15

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Lindsay Midura, Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor. I specialize in helping people find wholeness by connecting inward with a nourishing and sustainable approach that offers hope and healing in a culture which leaves many burnt out and confused among the mixed messages about how to care for their bodies.

I offer private nutrition counseling and yoga instruction with a Health At Every Size® (HAES) and trauma-informed perspective. This means it is my mission to help you disconnect from ineffective diet fads and externally-driven yoga posturing, to instead tap back into your inner wisdom about how to truly nourish yourself. With my expertise in nutrition and yoga, it is my hope to serve as a guide on your journey toward reclaiming autonomy and harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
